RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

Returns for Sale Items: No returns are applicable for sale items.

Change of Mind Policy: We respect the fact that many times you may change your mind about your purchase. Therefore, we offer a simple 3-step return policy for fashion products to ensure your satisfaction.

Additional Points:

International Returns: Customers located outside our domestic shipping area may still be eligible for returns. However, please note that additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply. Contact our support team for guidance on international returns.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Failure to properly package returned items may result in damage and affect eligibility for refund coupon.

Refund Process Timing: Refund coupon codes will typically be issued within 3 working days from the date we receive the returned products or confirm the cancellation of an order. Customers will be notified via email once the refund process is initiated.

Customer Support Availability: Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). Please feel free to reach out to us via email at support@ishhaara.com for assistance with returns, refunds, or any other inquiries.

Lost Shipments: In the rare event that a returned shipment is lost or delayed in transit, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.

Refund Coupon Code Usage: Refund coupon code to be used within 7 days of generation

Feedback Mechanism: We value feedback from our customers. If you have any suggestions or comments regarding our returns and refunds process, please feel free to share them with us. Your feedback helps us continually improve our services.

STEP 1: -

Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@ishhaara.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. We will then approve your return request and proceed to the next step.

STEP 2: -

Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

STEP 3: -

Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the coupon code. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund, which will be provided in the form of a coupon code.

If customer refused to accept ONE COD orders after that only prepaid orders will be accepted.

 

Cancellation of your order:

Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)

 

REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund

Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 7 days validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 7 days period for your purchase.

Applicable Deductions

  •       Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a refund coupon code via email. No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned.
  •       Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
  •       For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
  •       For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes.
  •       A customer, who has used a refund code to place an order, returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order.
  •       Free shipping offer applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes will be deducted (charges worth ₹125) in case the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code.

Eligibility

  •       All items sold on sale price are not eligible for returns/exchange/refunds.
  •       Custom made product not applicable for refunds.
  •       Paid order which declined during the delivery at the doorstep not applicable for refunds and its RTO (Returned at Origin), refunds will not be applicable.
  •       Delivery partner will try to deliver a product for three times, if you are not reachable during that time refunds are not applicable.
  •       All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code.
  •       Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns.
  •       All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given.

 

Refund Time

  •       Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders.
  •       The coupon code issued as refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order.
  •       A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
  •       For products received damaged, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product or issue you a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product.

 

Damaged Product Received:

All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:

  •       Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at team support@ishhaara.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours.
  •       Reship: Reverse pickup options are not available. The product needs to be shipped back & payment of Rs. 60 will be provided for the same.
  •       Resolution: Once the reshipping is done successfully, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the 7 days from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a refund coupon code.
